HB 474, 42nd R.S.
Relating to validating and confirming the title to homestead donations or pre-emption surveys to the original grantees, their heirs or their assignees, in all cases where use and occupancy for a period of twenty-five years prior to the passage of this act can be shown, and to require the issuance of patents.
