HB 339, 41st R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute so as to provide that any defendant in a criminal action shall be permitted to testify in his own behalf; and provided that when there are two or more persons jointly charged or indicted and tried separately that the privilege of testifying therein shall be extended only to the party on trial.
