HB 286, 41st R.S.
Relating to providing that every person registering a motor vehicle, tractor, trailer, semi-trailer or motorcycle was rendered for taxation for the preceding year or that said vehicle was not liable for taxation during said preceding year, or that said vehicle was not owned in whole or in part, by the applicant during the preceding year, and stating that the number plates or seal assigned to applicant will not be used on a different motor vehicle, tractor, trailer, semi-trailer or motorcycle other than for which application is made, and providing for the payment of the tax upon said vehicle for the preceding year in lien of such statement.
