Relating to making an appropriation of the sum of One Hundred and Sixty Thousand ($160,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof as may be necessary, out of the general revenue, to pay the per diem and mileage of members, the per diem of officers and employees and the contingent expenses of the First Called Session of the Fortieth Legislature of the State of Texas convened on the 9th day of May, 1927, by proclamation of the Governor.
