SJR 23, 40th R.S.
Proposing an amendment providing that cities having more than 5000 inhabitants may, by a majority vote of the qualified voters of such city, amend their charter so as to provide that all elective officers of such city that are now or that hereafter may be established by the charter of such city be elected for a term of four years.
