SB 346, 40th R.S.
Relating to amending certain articles so to provide that upon trial for the violation of any provision of this chapter, the purchaser, transporter, possessor or manufacturer of any of the liquors prohibited herein, shall not be held in law or in fact to be accomplice when a witness in any such trial.
