SB 134, 40th R.S.
Relating to allowing witness fees and mileage in all out county felony cases in the sum of five cents per mile for each mile traveled going and coming and two dollars per day for each day of service and such witnesses in all cases who attend in obedience to any process issued by any grand jury or any court in this State other than any county of their residence.
