Relating to creating the Lasara Independent School District in Willacy County, Texas; defining its boundaries; providing for a board of trustees in said district, conferring upon said district and it board of trustees all the rights, powers, privileges and duties now conferred and imposed by the General Laws upon independent school districts and the boards of trustees thereof.
