SB 297, 39th R.S.
Relating to allowing corporations to issue preferred stock, and also providing that such stock may take preference over common stock theretofore or thereafter issued, and further providing that such preference shall not exist as to common stock issued prior to the passage of this Act without the consent given in writing of the holder of that stock.
