Relating to creating a more efficient road system for Bastrop County, Texas; providing for the establishment of office of superintendent of public roads and bridges in said county; providing that this act shall be cumulative of all general laws on the subject of roads and bridges when not in conflict herewith, and repealing all special road laws for Bastrop county.
