SB 22, 38th 3rd C.S.

Relating to making an appropriation for two years of any unexpended balance of an appropriation made to acquire additional lands for the University of Texas, which appropriation was made by the Thirty-seventh Legislature at its Regular Session; requiring a bond to be executed within 90 days after this Act takes effect for the purpose of guaranteeing that said lands may be acquired within the amount appropriated by the Legislature.
