Relating to making an appropriation to pay the contingent expenses of the Third Called Session of the Thirty-eighth Legislature and to supplement the appropriation to pay the contingent expenses of the Second Called Session of the Thirty-eighth Legislature, said Third Called Session being convened May 16, 1923, by proclamation of the Governor.
