Relating to amending certain statute relative to the levy of occupation taxes based on gross receipts by extending the provisions of said statute so as to include individuals, companies, associations or corporations owning, operating or controlling an establishment in this State for the manufacture or distribution, at wholesale, of coal oil, fuel oil, naphtha, benzene, or any other mineral oils refined from petroleum.
