Relating to imposing an occupation tax upon theatrical, dramatic and musical comedy shows and amusements for which pay for admission is demanded or received, and which travel from place to place and give exhibitions, the amount of tax to be determined according to the number of inhabitants in cities and towns affected by this Act and by the amount charged for admission.
