Proposing a resolution authorizing and providing for the exchange between the State of Texas, acting by the Board of Prison Commissioners, and the Hermann Hospital Estate of certain lands situated in Fort Bend County, Texas, and authorizing the Board of Prison Commissioners to execute and accept such conveyances as may be necessary to effect same.
