Relating to amending certain statute relative to the levy of occupation taxes based on gross receipts so as to include individuals, companies, associations or corporations, owning, operating or controlling an establishment in this State for the manufacture or distribution, at wholesale, of soda water, coca cola, soft drinks and beverages.
