HB 5, 38th R.S.
Relating to regulating district courts in judicial districts composed of more than one county and having terms of court fixed by law at four weeks each in certain counties, by providing for the extension of the terms thereof in such counties, and the conducting of such extended terms while a new term thereof is open, and by providing procedure in such courts in the issuance, service and return of citations by publications issued out of said courts.
