Relating to increasing the salaries of district attorneys in all judicial districts of this State, composed of two or more counties, providing for the appointment of an assistant district attorney in certain cases; providing for the manner of payment of salaries and disposition of fees, commissions, perquisites of the office of district attorney, and providing for the repeal of conflicting statutes.
