Relating to amending legislation relating to fixing the weight of a loaf of bread and making the same penalties as those of said Act apply to any person, firm, or corporation, making, manufacturing for sale, or selling, or offering or exposing for sale bread under or over the standard avoirdupois weights specified, and regulating the sale, etc., of twin and multiple loaves; and generally regulating the sale and delivery and handling of all bakers' products by all persons.
