Relating to amending certain articles relating to the the qualifications of voters, so as to eliminate from the provisions of all said articles the word "male" and so as to levy and collect from all persons, both male and female, within certain ages, poll taxes, and fixing the qualifications of voters so as to include all persons, both male and female; providing penalties for violations of certain of the provisions of this Act.
