Relating to creating an executive committee of the Boards of Managers of the State Hospital for the Insane, the Home of the Feeble Minded and of the Epileptic Colony, providing for the superintendents of said institutions and one member from each of the respective Board of Manager thereof to constitute the membership of said committee; providing for the compensation and payment of traveling expenses of the members of said committee; providing for the time and place of meetings of said committee; and providing for the power and duties of said committee.
