SB 244, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statute so as to prohibit the giving of assistance to a voter in preparing his ballot, except when such voter is unable to prepare the same himself because of some bodily infirmity which renders him physically unable to write, or is sixty years of age, and providing that ballots be prepared in violation of this Article shall be void; providing a penalty for violation; making it mandatory for both parties to use the English language when assistance is given to a voter.
