SB 218, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing for the inspection by County Health officers of private sanitariums treating mental diseases or receiving patients suffering from unsound mind or treating persons afflicted with a drug habit, and making it the duty of such Health Officer to make bi-monthly visits of inspection to such institutions and to make report, in writing, the condition thereof to the County Judge, and providing penalties for the violation of this Act.
