HB 550, 36th R.S.
Relating to creating the Common School District No. 20 in Borden County, Texas, out of territory heretofore included within the boundaries of Common School District No. 1 of said county, and providing that the territory and property within said Common School District No. 20 shall continue to be subject to taxation for the payment of the principal, interest and sinking funds of any and all bond issues heretofore issued by said Common School District No. 1 and still unpaid.
