Relating to creating and incorporating the Union Independent School District in Terry county, Texas, and defining the boundaries thereof, providing for a board of trustees thereof, and defining their powers, and authority; authorizing said board of trustees to levy, assess, and collect taxes for maintenance and building purposes and to issue bonds therefor.
