HB 483, 36th R.S.
Relating to providing that if any person, having in his possession any animals, money, tools, provisions, agricultural products or other personal property upon which a statutory lien of any kind exists unsatisfied, knowing such lien to be unsatisfied, shall remove such property or any part thereof out of the county where located, or who shall secrete, sell or otherwise dispose of same with the intent to defraud, the holder of said lien shall be punished in the same manner as the person embezzling the same would be liable to punishment.
