HB 205, 36th R.S.
Relating to amending certain statutes of the Code of Criminal Procedure by providing that counties shall hereafter furnish and pay all necessary expense for the safe-keeping, support and maintenance of prisoners confined in jail or under guard upon proper bills being presented therefor, incurred in the manner now provided by law for the purchase of supplies by counties, and providing for the filing of a report of all prisoners confined by the sheriff and supervision of the feeding of prisoners by the commissioners courts.
