SB 306, 34th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Statute relating to the better protection of the fish and oyster industry, any person, firm or corporation engaged or in who may engage in the business of wholesale dealer or dealers in fish or oysters shall on or before the first day of September of each year secure from the Game, Fish and Oyster Commission, a license granting such person in said occupation.
