Relating to amending certain laws relating to causes of action for which attorney fees may be claimed by adding thereto damages for injury to livestock shipments or hay, hay-stacks or grass destroyed by fire or injury to the turf where grass is destroyed by fire or the injury to or destruction of any fence, farm utensil or farm product.
