Relating to amending Van Zandt County road law, providing that each commissioner of said county shall be ex officio road commissioner of his precinct, and shall serve as such road commissioner for full time in which his services are not engaged as county commissioner, providing compensation that each commissioner shall receive for his services as road commissioner.
