HB 49, 34th R.S.
Relating to amending a certain Statute prohibiting double taxation; providing that all obligations by which any debt is secured and real-estate is pledged for the payment and discharge thereof shall, for the purpose of taxation, be deemed and treated as an interest in the real-estate affected.
