HB 39, 34th R.S.
Relating to compelling the Commissioners' Court of each county to prepare and maintain a ward separate and apart from the jail to keep persons charged with lunacy in, providing that expenses be paid out of the general funds of said county, and prohibiting persons charged with lunacy from being placed in jail or places where persons charged with crime are kept.
