Relating to providing for the acquisition by telephone companies incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas, of local telephone exchanges, belonging to other individuals, companies, or corporations, by construction, purchase, lease, or other contract, and to provide for the consolidation of two or more local telephone exchanges.
