Relating to authorizing and empowering Galveston County or the Commissioners Court of said county to convey or lease to the Board of Regents of the University of Texas, for hospital purposes in connection with the John Sealy Hospital, all or any part of the tract of certain land which lies to the North or Northwestward of Avenue B in Galveston.
