SB 103, 32nd R.S.
Relating to providing that allegations of fact in the pleadings of a party to any suit in the District or County Court, shall be taken as confessed as to any adverse party who fails to file in reply an affidavit denying the truth of such allegations and prescribing the form of such affidavit.
