Relating to incorporating the Mineola Independent School District in Wood county, Texas, for free school purposes only, defining its boundaries, and providing for a Board of Trustees; divesting the city of Mineola of the control of its public schools, and title to school property, and vesting the same in said Mineola Independent School District, and its Board of Trustees.
