Relating to preventing the addition of cocaine, caffeine, acetanilid, morphine, phenacetin, opium, heroin, alpha or beta eucaine, cannabis indica, or chloral hydrate, to any food or drink or substance intended to be used as food or drink; prescribing a penalty.
