Relating to validating all grants of land in the State of Texas having their inception under the Spanish and Mexican governments, mapped, as appears from the records in the offices of the county clerks of the various counties of this State, and extant in the records of the General Land Office of the State of Texas, and regulating and determining the boundaries thereof.
