Relating to the regulation of deceptive and unlawful trade practices in the repair of motor vehicles; forbidding the disclaimer of warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for repair of motor vehicles; requiring certain disclosures relating to warranties, price estimates, and work performed on a motor vehicle; prohibiting certain acts and omissions by automotive repair facilities and providing certain civil penalties; and declaring an emergency.
