SB 1010, 65th R.S.
Relating to a requirement that any judgment entered for money damages equaling or exceeding the sum of $50,000 for future, anticipated damages of any nature whatsoever arising from an action for personal injury, sickness, disease, or death, shall be commuted by the court according to the provisions of the statute to be paid in periodic installments.
