SB 893, 64th R.S.
Relating to acting as a managing general agent without a license; providing that all amounts paid by each insurer on assessments under this Act shall be allowed to such insurer as a credit against its premium tax; to further provide for certain optional manners in which such credit may be taken by the insurer or carried as an admitted asset.
