Relating to unfair claim settlement practices as defined in this act of insurers; providing the types of organizations and types of insurance covered; requiring certain reports; providing the powers and duties of the Commissioner of Insurance and the State Board of Insurance in regard to the requirements of this Act and to penalties and enforcement procedures; providing for hearings and judicial review; providing for assistance by the attorney general; prescribing the relationship of this Act to related laws; and declaring an emergency.
