Relating to the establishment, jurisdiction, and operation of municipal courts of record in the city of Sweetwater and providing for municipal judges and other personnel of the courts; prescribing rules and procedures for appeals from a municipal court of record and the effect of the ruling of the appellate court; prescribing the extent of applicability of laws other than this Act.
