Remarks: HCR 319 allows the clerk to make technical corrections. This Act takes effect immediately except that: Sections 1.13, 1.30, 1.31, and 4.05 take effect September 1, 1999; Sections 1.01, 1.02, 1.07, 1.15-1.17, 1.27 and 1.29 take effect January 1, 2000; Sections 1.04, 1.06, and 4.01(1) take effect only if the constitutional amendment proposed by HJR 58, 76th Legislature, Regular Session, 1999, is approved by the voters; Article 2 of this Act takes effect October 1, 1999, except for Section 2.05 which takes effect January 1, 2000, and sections 2.50 through 2.61 which take effect January 1, 2000, and Sections 2.67, and 2.69 which take effect immediately.
