HB 126, 57th 1st C.S.
Relating to permitting the District Courts to form special grand juries and prescribe their area of inquiry; providing that special grand juries shall have the same powers and qualifications as regular grand juries and shall be wholly privileged from libel actions; providing that special grand juries may hire assistants, not to exceed five (5), and fix their compensation; providing for terms of special grand juries and for extensions thereof.
