Relating to amending certain acts by providing that citizens of this State who are honorably discharged veterans of the United States Armed Forces with fifty per cent (50%) or more disability are not required to possess fishing licenses; exempting United States veterans with more than fifty per cent (50%) disability from paying fees for a hunting license.
