Relating to providing for the injunction at the suit of either the State or any citizen thereof to stop or prohibit the use of any premises, place or building or part thereof for the purpose of gaming or keeping or exhibiting games or for use as bawdy or disorderly house or for carrying on bucket shops or for the business of pool selling or bookmaking as prohibited by the Penal Code or any law of this State, declaring such places a nuisance and providing for cost, penalties and attorney's fees and prescribing procedure to be followed.
