Relating to providing that the judge of a county in which wild birds, wild fowls, or other wild animals, are depredating upon crops or domestic animals, may issue permits to the owners of such crops, or domestic animals, to kill such depredating wild animals; prescribing the conditions under which such permits may be granted.
