HB 14 Caption: Relating to establishing and adopting a probate code for the State of Texas by revising and rearranging the statutes of this State which pertain to descent and distribution, wills, administration of descendants' estates, actions to declare heirship, guardianship, and other probate matters; and by making various changes in, omissions from, and additions to, such statutes.
HB 268 Caption: Relating to providing that no changes in boundaries of independent school districts having an elected Board of Trustees composed of nine (9) or more members, located in counties having a population of one hundred thousand (100,000) or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census, shall be made unless previously approved by the Board of Trustees or Board of Education thereof.
HB 269 Caption: Relating to providing that a certain Article shall not apply to school districts having an elected board of trustees consisting of nine or more trustees.
HB 270 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes so as to require more signers to the petition and approval by the Board of Trustees before an election for abolishment can be called.

HB 522 Caption: Relating to amending the Motor Fuel Tax Law; changing the allocation and distribution of motor fuel taxes to provide for allocation of three-fourths of the unrefunded tax paid on motor fuel used in aircraft to a special account for the use and benefit of Texas Aeronautics Commission and making further provisions relative to the reporting, determination, and allocation of such tax.

HB 171 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to provide that the Chairman of the Board of Insurance Commissioners shall once each three (3) years, or oftener if he deems it necessary, in person or by persons commissioned by him, visit each company under the laws of this State and examine its financial condition and its ability to meet its liabilities as well as its compliance with the laws of this State.
HB 275 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes relative to Employers' Insurance Associations, providing for payment of dividends by the Board of Directors.
HB 438 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts so as to except from the provisions for payment of the cost of support, maintenance and treatment of the persons legally liable for the support of children received and kept in the Texas School for the Deaf and the Texas School for the Blind.
HB 450 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing for the granting of seasonal and temporary permits to appropriate water.
HB 451 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statutes by providing that the Board of Water Engineers shall adopt rules and regulations and modes of procedure for the performance of duties, powers, and functions prescribed and vested in it by this Chapter and for the enforcement of its provisions.
HB 455 Caption: Relating to amending the Insurance Code so as to redefine the term "Texas Securities" to include within the definition the debentures, preferred stock and common stock of any solvent electric public utility company or its holding company incorporated in Texas and doing business in the State.
HB 503 Caption: Relating to constituting a local law for the maintenance of the public roads and highways in Dallas County by authorizing the County to issue certificates of indebtedness for the purpose of acquiring right of way for designated State Highways or Federal Highways when the acquisition of such right of way is approved by the State Highway Commission.
HB 504 Caption: Relating to providing that the Commissioners Court of any county having a population of over six hundred thousand (600,000) by the last preceding Federal Census may set aside from the general fund amounts not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) for any one collecting office of the county to be used in making change.
HB 516 Caption: Relating to providing that in any county having within its boundaries a city with a population of four hundred and twenty five thousand (425,000) or more inhabitants according to the last preceding Federal Census, where the Prosecuting Attorney representing the State files and reads to prospective jurors in any capital felony case a written motion that the State will not seek the death penalty as punishment, the jurors shall then be examined, selected, impaneled and sworn as now provided by law in non-capital felony cases, and further providing that jurors shall not be disqualified on account of conscientious scruples against the infliction of the death penalty; providing for a new trial.
HB 603 Caption: Relating to amending certain Acts to provide under certain conditions the transfer of compensation experience credit from one employer to an acquiring employer who acquires a part or all of the organization, trade or business of an employer covered by this act.
HB 628 Caption: Relating to providing for salaries for County Auditors in counties having a population of six hundred thousand (600,000), or more, according to the last preceding Federal Census; providing for minimum and maximum salaries and the method of payment of same.
HB 670 Caption: Relating to amending certain Statues to provide that if the jury disagree as to the statement of any witness, upon applying to the court, they may have read to them from the court reporter's notes that part of such testimony on the point in dispute.
HB 671 Caption: Relating to allowing the Commissioners Court in certain counties to fix the salaries of the District, County and Precinct Officers and all deputies and employees of such counties.
HB 868 Caption: Relating to authorizing the Sheriff or Purchasing Agent of any county of the State of Texas to sell and dispose of any unclaimed or abandoned personal property, except whiskey, wine and beer, belonging to arrested persons or prisoners placed in the county jail.
HB 887 Caption: Relating to validating the incorporation of towns or villages heretofore incorporated or attempted to be incorporated; providing that the provisions hereof shall affect no town or village now in litigation.

HB 65 Caption: Relating to amending the antitrust laws of the State of Texas to provide that it is a conspiracy in restraint of trade where any employer and any labor union make an agreement whereby persons not members of such union shall be denied work by such employer or whereby such membership is made a condition of employment by such employer, or whereby such union acquires an employment monopoly; repealing all laws in conflict.
HB 126 Caption: Relating to the payment of any legal reserve life insurance company of the proceeds of the life insurance policy becoming due on the death of the insured in accordance with its terms prior to the receipt by such company of a written adverse claim to such proceeds.
HB 387 Caption: Relating to creating a Private Employment Agency Law for Texas; defining certain terms in the Act; prohibiting certain acts; providing for the disposition of license fees collected; declaring it to be a violationg to operate without a licence and providing penalties; providing a saving clause; repealing conflicting laws.
