HB 93 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act providing that the indictment shall not require the naming of the specific narcotic drug; defining the term "narcotic drugs."
HB 237 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Article of the Code of Criminal Procedure requiring that the magistrate issuing a search warrant endorse thereon the date and hour of issuance.
HB 241 Caption: Relating to amending a certain Act relating to the waiver of jury trial in a criminal prosecution for a felony less than a capital offense upon entering a plea other than a plea of guilty.
